Dalwood Parish Circular Walks
All the walks start and finish at the Tuckers Arms Public House, Dalwood (Ordinance Survey Explorer Map 116. Ref: 249 005).
There is ample parking in the street and also, subject to availability and with the kind permission of the Trustees, in the village hall car park. The entrance can be found immediately opposite the Tuckers Arms down a narrow lane.
The walks are on public footpaths, bridleways, bye ways, highways and in parts of Shute Woods and Horner Hill on private land with the kind permission of the owners. Some of the walks have steep sections and can be muddy and slippery during or after inclement weather.
Participants take these walks at their own risk. They need to be reasonably fit and agile and are advised to wear proper walking boots or suitable heavy duty shoes. Please keep your pets under control especially when there is stock in the fields. Close all gates behind you.
